Genna is the high-energy visionary at the heart of the Recruit Refugees Training Center. With a deep commitment to social impact, she brings her expertise in psychology and communications to inspire refugees to find meaningful employment opportunities. Her work at RRTC is fueled by a passion for creating inclusive environments and a belief in the the potential of every individual.
With a diverse background that includes nutrition, writing, and teaching yoga, Trine Kristiansen has led workshops, classes, and retreats both nationally and internationally. Having lived abroad for parts of her life, she brings a broad perspective and values meaningful connections, approaching every interaction with thoughtfulness and care. She uses these skills to work closely with businesses, building partnerships that help create opportunities and inclusion for everyone involved.
Jeg heter Miriam Wahlmann. Jeg har jobbet i restauranten bransjen i mange år, men også vært 12 år i barnehage/skole. Per nå er jeg administrativ leder med personalansvar på Pollen restaurant. Dette er en nyåpnet restaurant i 2024. Vi samarbeidet med Recruit refugees for å finner rett bemanning, og det har gjort at jeg har lært masse nytt om hvordan livet som flyktning kan være. Derfor blei det enda viktigere for meg å kunne være med å støtte Recruit Refugees.
Mats is the CEO and founder of MA Media AS, a football fanatic (YNWA). He has 10 years of experience in digital and traditional marketing, and 8 years of international experience working with clients in the United States. He's also just a downright super good human, and we're lucky to have him in this project.
Rune is our go-to resource and an integration guide extraordinaire! His experience spans 15 years starting at Flyktningtjenesten, then at NAV helping young immigrants towards economic independence, and now teaching Norwegian. He's quite a guy and this project wouldn't be the same without him!
Olena came to Norway from Ukraine and brought her positive energy and big smile with her. Olena's expertise includes assisting with government applications, providing economic social help, and is skilled in accounting software and banking communication. She faces all challenges with enthusiasm and determination, and we are thankful to have her on this project.
